Opis posla:

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the employee growth in our region in Belgrade – application /hiring process and contribute to a positive Candidate Experience
  • Overview of future recruiting trends / channels
  • Responsibility for the identification of suitable candidates on all relevant (social media) channels
  • Moderation of employee appraisals and coordination of personnel development measures
  • Takeover general tasks in Human Resources and Finance / organization and management of our office in Belgrade

Your profile:

You are a creative, open and communicative personality with hands-on-mentality. You have at least 3 years of practical experience in Human Resources / Recruiting, ideally in similar industry. You also need excellent English and German skills. If you are characterized by a structured, responsible, and analytical style of work, you are a perfect fit for Exciting.
