  • Responsible for full recruitment process spanning multiple disciplines, skills & experience levels in Adriatic Region
  • Handling the entire employee life cycle from on-boarding to exit interviews
  • Contributing to the Employer Branding strategy in the local market
  • Participating in Regional Adriatic initiatives regarding Recruitment Process and Employer Branding
  • Passing on knowledge to younger colleagues and other team members
  • Providing consulting services such as salary ranges, market statistics, technology availability, company reputation, market feedback and etc.
  • Educating and influencing Hiring Managers when it comes to recruiting process, strategy and local market conditions
  • Providing outstanding candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting
  • Defining new creative hiring strategies to fill openings and build a pipeline of candidates
  • Maintain ATS accurately


  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in local market
  • Good IT Market knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Serbian and English
  • Extensive recruitment and selection experience using a variety of techniques
  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions and make priorities independantly
  • High-level of efficiency, precision and attention to detail
  • An open-minded, proactive and positive person able to cooperate efficiently with other team members
  • Experience in consulting Hiring Managers and showing Recruitment expertise through various market analysis
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Experience within an international environment will be considered as a plus
  • Experience with Jira ATS will be considered as a plus
